Discovery
Week 1
A week of calls, a look at your analytics, and an honest read on what your current site is actually costing you. You leave with a written scope and a fixed price.

Design
Weeks 2–4
Type, layout and motion designed against your real content and reviewed in a browser, because a static mockup cannot show you how something moves.

Build
Weeks 4–9
Next.js and WebGL, written here, not subcontracted. You get a staging URL on the first day of the build and it stays current until launch.

Launch
Weeks 9–10
We ship it, watch the real numbers for a fortnight, fix what the numbers find, and hand over the repository with a walkthrough.
